No, I’m not manic
Not that I think at least.
I’m just so happy and comforted by all the projects that are growing in the Muslim mental health field.
When I first got bipolar, I searched endlessly but didn’t find any Muslim support. Well times have changed, for the better alhumdulillah.

Smile is mandated to develop community based awareness of the limitations faced by children with disabilities and critical illness.
This is a great professional resource. They have links to Muslim professionals in the mental health field. They’ve also published a Journal of Muslim Mental Health.
